We can usually deliver next day or within 1-2 working days, but at busy periods it may take slightly longer. 2 weeks as a guide for our hire period.
We advise 2 weeks as a guide for a hire period, although we do endeavour to be flexible. We do ask our customers please let us know when their skip is full and ready for collection. We do not charge any extra after the 2 week period.
A 4 cubic yard (Midi) skip is the most popular skip for domestic waste. These are approximately 7.6ft long , 5ft wide and 3.6ft high, they can easily fit on most driveways.
You need to have 8.5ft (2.59m) in width for any of our lorries to be able to deliver.
You can book a skip either by telephoning our office during our opening hours or completing our online booking form 24/7.
Our 6 yard and 8 yard skips have a drop front. Some of our Midi skips have a door and some don’t, please ensure you request one upon booking if you require one. Our Mini skips and 12 yard skips do not have a drop front.
We cannot accept any asbestos, chemicals, paint tins, fridges or freezers, TVs or florescent tubes.
We can accept tyres in our skips, but these are an additional charge. Tyres on a rim are now £10 and off a rim £7.50.
No, we do not have a licence to dispose of asbestos.
Our skips needs to be loaded level full, to ensure it is safe for our driver to net and take on the highway.

We can lift your skip over your hedge, fence or wall as long as it is no higher than 3ft.
We will apply to either Norfolk County Council, Suffolk County Council or Norwich City Council for a permit on your behalf, depending which area you live in. We do need to allow 5 working days for licence applications and payment is required in advance. These are non-refundable. Please contact us for further information.
Skip exchanges are charged at the same rate as the original skip delivery. If you would like to arrange an exchange please contact us.
You are welcome to pay cash or cheque to our driver on delivery or pay by card over the telephone or online. If you would like to make a bank transfer, please get in touch for our bank details.
Soil going into the skip must not be contaminated in any way or have history of any contamination onsite. Eg. Heating oil spill, knotweed, asbestos must not be present.
Any domestic seating that does not contain POPs can be accepted. We do not accept any POPs in the form of fire retardant upholstered domestic seating. Textiles and foam in waste upholstered domestic seating often contain Persistent Organic Pollutants (POPs) and other hazardous chemicals. Legal requirements apply to these chemicals and the management of these waste items. They must not be disposed of in landfill.
